For years Nhu has pushed clients to push the limits during their workouts and has motivated and inspired them to see past the now, and look toward future goals. She will lead RePhorm participants through small, group fitness style circuit workouts. These workouts will focus on strength-based movements mixed with High-Intensity Interval Training to coax the body into change. Nhu will help clients reach a greater understanding of fitness, and how beneficial a well-rounded and challenging physical fitness routine can be for the body.
Nhu is an AFAA certified group fitness coach with a TRX certification. With more than 10 years of group and personal training experience and more than 8,000 group fitness classes coached, her high-energy coaching style will motivate, inspire, and drive RePhorm participants during their three-month fitness journey.
She is passionate about helping others find the best version of themselves through fitness and is constantly leading by example. Her energetic training style will keep clients coming back for more, and will motivate them to push themselves to the limits day-in, and day-out.
Nhu is also available for one-on-one personal training sessions for those look for a more personalized experience.
