This three-month program offers participants a HIIT, Tabata, and circuit workouts that incorporates strength training to elevate a client’s fitness capacity to the next level. Our highly skilled and dedicated trainers will get to know, and work with clients on a personal level. Our trainers will motivate, encourage and hold you accountable during the workouts to help clients achieve personal fitness goals. Groups will be kept small, only 4-6 members per group, and will have the option to participate in either the 3/4/5-days a week fitness program. We know that fitness only goes so far, and that is why at Phorm Fitness we focus on what you put into your body as much as how we train the outside. Certified nutrition experts will provide one-on-one nutritional coaching to participants after completing a 5-day food log. Each participant will receive personalized meal plans during the RePhorm program. Meal plans will account for busy schedules, dietary restrictions, and will yield noticeable results. Weekly check-ins on both the fitness and nutrition sides of the equation will keep RePhorm participants accountable on track.
